Imo, yes. There are a few that already look good, and many more that are promising.
It depends on your free cash. If you’re ready to throw $300+ into VR-gear, then definetly.
Besides there are a lot of non NSFW games you’ll be able to play.

As exciting as it sounds, there’s really not too much variety when it comes to VR games. I wouldn’t spring for a VR headset just for h-games unless you have cash to burn or an interest in more mainstream VR games.
Plenty of VR videos if that’s your cup of tea but that’s a different topic.
I’d give it another year or two, there are a lot of promising sandbox VR adult games but promising does not mean they will live up to their potential.
Right now it is not worth it, you are far better off getting an interactive toy that is compatible with funscript because you can even apply it to Renpy games, even if the games in that case won’t react intelligently to what is actually happening on screen.
If you are talking about video and not games, you can use your (Android) phone and one of the cheap but more substantially built Google Cardboard clones. Videos that are formatted in side-by-side VR just work. They are also much lighter than any actual VR set, like the Vive or Index.
Prior to starting my own company, then last job I had was IT director for a company that was balls-deep in Google Cloud, so I got one of their ‘Daydream’ headsets for free. It is comfortable, but not significantly more comfortable than the $30 USD knockoff one I purchased from Scamazon before I got the ‘official’ one.
Worst case scenario, you can see if it is actually something you’d use, and if not, you can return it. For me, the novelty wore off long ago. At this point I just pretend the actual HTC Vive (original model) I purchased on release day that is still in its unopened box doesn’t exist
