Syntax Error preventing game launch

Problems: when downloaded and extracted both give a syntax error, even when 7zip is used. This prevents game launch.

download and install locale Emulator from github and then rightlick the exe to run the game in locale japanese. that will fix all the japanese games not working for you in the future as well
