Been trying to find a game I played not too long ago, deleted my save and can’t remember what it’s called.
You mange some kind of property where women and even a few men arrive from an airline. Every 14 days or so a different set of characters arrive and you select one to immigrate and then set a contract for how long they can stay and the rent paid.
You get to know the tenants through dates where you play mini games that revolve around, ironically enough, memory tests.
Eventually, you ‘promote’ them from tenants to either maids or concubines? Not really much sex but the art is amazing! Girls have different poses and strip off clothing as you gain comfortability with them.
Art was similar to Treasures of Nadia or Genesis Order I believe but not exactly the same.
